2000:

During the first half of 2000, Narconon International itself operated two drug rehabilitation centers, one in Los Angeles, California and one in Newkirk, Oklahoma, as well as a criminal rehabilitation division called Criminon which provided life skills and educational programs to inmates. Due to the unprecedented demand for its drug and criminal rehabilitation services, Narconon International established three new separate corporations so that they could better meet that demand. These new corporations and the dates of the transfers to them are:
