Complementary info
  • Form 1023 filing
  • Form 990 filings
  • HCA fraudulently claims to be “secular” [ref], as there is convincing evidence that the real purpose is to promote Scientology teachings (and possibly to recruit new Scientologists):
    • As per Bylaws, an HCA trustee must (among other things) be:
      • “Well-versed in the technology and philsophy of L. Ron Hubbard”
      • “In good standing with the Church of Scientology”
    • HCA licenses the marks and works "in connection with educational services relating to the administrative technology" from World Institute of Scientology Enterprises (WISE): WISE is a nonprofit religious entity, which purpose is “promote and foster the religious teachings of L. Ron Hubbard in society”
    • Some of HCA courses: “Secular TR"s 0-9 Course” and “Secular Student Hat Course with Tapes” [ref], which is as ridiculous as having a school offering a “Secular Creationism” course.
    • Some courses are based on Scientology core doctrines: “Introduction to Scientology Ethics Course,” “PTS/SP Course” [ref] (read more about “Scientology Ethics”, “PTS/SP”)
    • As per Church of Scientology International: “Scientology Scripture includes an administrative technology which is largely contained in the green Organization Executive Course ("OEC") volumes.” [ref]. HCA offers courses based on these volumes [ref]
