News Anchorwoman (Voiceover): Judge George Greer denied the churches motion which claimed McPherson's aunt, Dell Leibriech is not the official trustee of McPherson's estate. McPherson was the church member who died in December of 1995. In the lawsuit her family balmes the church for her death.  Dell Leibriech as McPherson's representratie is suing the church over McPherson's death. If the judges rule in favor of the church, it might put a stop to the civil lawsuit. The trial is scheduled to begin in June.
