Re: The Big Story Campaign

We act for the Church of Scientology Religious Education College Inc. and 
understand that you intend to participate in actions against our client as part 
of something called The Big Story Campaign.

From the information we have been supplied, it is apparent that this campaign 
amounts to a conspiracy to injure our client, and that other unlawful and 
tortious acts are planned. We note for example that one of the goals of the 
campaign is to prevent people from entering Scientology churches and missions. 
In addition to conspriracy to injure, these activities may give rise to actions 
in nuisance and trespass, as well as defamation. They may also of course amount 
to public order offences.

We put you on notice that if you participate in any unlawful activities against 
our client, or continue to participate in the same, legal action will be 
commenced against you without further warning.

We accordingly require your written agreement that you will not engage in any 
unlawful activities against our clients, including, but not limited to, 
conspiring to injure, nuisance, trespass, interference and defamation.

We await to hear from you not later than noon on 7 July 1995.
