The above, while it is not conclusive that Helena Kobrin does not
use the "hkk@netcom.com" account, does suggest (or stronger than suggest)
that someone other than Helena Kobrin has access to the "hkk@netcom.com"
account. Because I have no way of validating a email or usenet message
from the hkk@netcom.com account as being one from the 'Ho, I have to
assume that it is not.

Was it really necessary : to wait so long? Chances are you did not hear from Helena Kobrin at all. Yesterday June 9th, 1997 I was with Helena Kobrin from 13:40 to 18:05 pdt. We were at the law offices of Hagenbaugh and Murphy at 700 N. Central Avenue in Glendale, CA for my deposition in RTC v. Erlich. Dennis Erlich, his attorney Mr. Flynn, my attorney Paul Szumiak, Helena, her paralegal, and the court reporter were all there. Helena did not have access to a computer terminal at the offices of Hagenbaugh and Murphy. Yet, a 'fin hkk' on netcom.com finds that hkk@netcom.com logged in to her account on Jun 9th at the lax POP 14:54, 15:10, 15:49 and 16:47. If Helena did not have her password hijacked, and account hacked--a violation of federal law; then--according to Netcom Security, she may be in violation of Netcom's Terms of Service. In any even, you cannot be sure it was Helena Kobrin who sent e-mail >from the account hkk@netcom.com. Tom Klemesrud SP6 KoX
