Dear Ms. Kobrin,
Thank you for your e-mail message and your interest on my web page.
I hope, you and the people you get information from, will read my
page's contents, in order to see the real face of the Cult of
$cientology (whose Religious Technology Center you represent),
a face that this Cult carefully covers, thus violating the rights
of its members and misleading the public.
As I state in my page, the $cientology documents contained in it,
are aiming in informing people in Greece (and of course in all other
countries) on the true face of $cientology, since $cientology is
notorious in controlling its members and violating their basic human
rights, by telling lies to them on its true goals and beliefs.
The NOTs documents belong to the $cientology beliefs that your
client is deliberately and unjustifiably preventing members (and
the public) from having access to, since they reveal (along with
other documents that $cientology labels as "copyrighted" or "trade
secrets") the necessary elements, that would help people exercise
their right of freedom of choice and reject $cientology, or demand
to get more for what they pay.
I know the Cult of $cientology from inside, since I am a former
member of KEPHE (Center of Applied Philosophy of Greece), that is
the Greek $cientology chapter and I know that people stay trapped
in $cientology, because they do not know its true identity. So, the
distribution of what you call "copyrighted" or "trade secret" material,
in my eyes is an assistance to the public and to $cientology members
for not getting trapped by this criminal Cult. It is my contribution
to guarantee their freedom and their basic human rights.
Therefore, your e-mail message is, for me, an attempt to harass and
intimidate me, as well as to violate my rights of free expression of
opinion and service to my country people. I also regard it as a blind
and desperate act of revenge from $cientology against myself, because
I testified and assisted Greek Justice, the Athens Prefecture (Nomarchy)
and others, for uncovering $cientology, in order to protect Greek
citizens and the national security of Greece. It is also an attempt
from your client to prevent $cientology members and the public from
exercising their right of free choice, by depriving them of vital
information on the true identity of $cientology.
You mentioned that my postings of the NOTs material violate Greek
laws. You, sincerely, amused me with these words. I *strongly* doubt
your claim that I or EEXI violated any Greek law. It is $cientology
doing so and at the same time brutally insulting Greek Justice. In
order to refresh your memory, I must tell you that KEPHE has been
ordered, by Greek Court order, to shut down for violating Greek laws.
The verdict characterizes KEPHE as "... an organization with
totalitarian structures and trends, which essentially despises man,
acts freely "in phenomenon" in order to attract members, who are then
subjected (with all the above mentioned processes and theories) into
a brain wash, aiming at the creation of directable way of thinking
and minimizing objections (basic positions of the Scientology founder's
theories), so that we are standing in front of beings with no personal
will, who have lost the capacity of making decisions as products of
their free will, since they have passed through the propaganda filters
of Scientology and the suitable processing, become susceptible to the
"truths" it applies, without having motives to examine and evaluate".
$cientology is also described as dangerous for the community and the
national security, as Public Prosecutor Angelis also writes in his
Report.
*** I recognize and honor only the Greek laws and Greek Justice, place
myself only under them and respect only the verdicts of Greek Justice.***
$cientology has brutally insulted my country's judges and Justice by
characterizing the Court verdict as "totalitarian" and "fascist".
So, when you are telling me that I violated Greek laws, I wonder if
there is a kind of schizophrenia within the Cult, calling for urgent
psychiatric treatment. In Greece we have a proverb saying "You never
speak about rope in the house of a hanged man".
Therefore, I am sure that you will consider as great favour, the fact
that the NOTs material has been *temporarily* removed from my page, as
a good will gesture, since even the criminal Cult of $cientology might
be right on this issue. However, you understand that a simple e-mail
message is not at all proof for me. I want you to immediately send me
all the documents on the author(s) of the NOTs material, the licenses,
etc prooving that $cientology is the legitimate owner of the "Advanced
Material" and of the NOTs, as well as the specific laws you claim
that I violated and the importance of the "Advanced Material" for
$cientology. Scan the documents and e-mail me their images (in gif or
jpg format) as binary attachments to e-mail and at the same time e-mail
me these documents in ASCII text. I will determine my approach to the
issue, based on the proofs you will send me.
I wish you rapid and painless disconnection from the Cult of $cientology,
while waiting to hearing from you.
