Hi. My name’s Mark McGarry. I’m a
prosecutor, and I’m inquiring into the death of Lisa
McPherson during the period of November of ‘95 and
December of ‘95. Your name came up as a person that
might have some information pertaining to her stay at
the hotel during that time frame. You’re represented
by counsel here, and he’d like to put something on the
record before we begin.
