Mr. Barcenas testified (page 40) that Lisa could not have visitors and had no visitors other then church personnel during her stay at the Fort Harrison Hotel.
On pages 53-54, Mr. Barcenas was asked by Sgt. Andrews U .would you let her leave? Yes or no answer...?” Barcenas replied “No”.

On April 30, 1997, Patricia Stracener testified as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Ms. Stracener testified that security guards were posted outside of Lisa’s room (page 17, lines 4- 6, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener testified that if Lisa was to be taken to a hospital, permission would have to be obtained (page .41, lines 20-25, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener testified that Lisa’s room was kept dark (page 22, lines 14-17, transcript of deposition).

Ms. Stracener said in her deposition “I went outside and I was... I went in the middle from her (Lisa) and the bed and the window, because I was... all the time I had the tension that she was, you know, maybe going and put something in the big window” (page 20, lines 17-21, transcript of deposition).
Silvia Delavega testified on April 2, 1997 as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Silvia said when she was asked if Lisa ever tried to leave: “One time she was... she said her mother was waiting for her in the pool. And she saw, like, ah, if she was looking the watch. And she says “Oh, my mother is in the pool, waiting for me. And she stand up from the bed and go directly to the window. So I said “What?” So I went up and stop her for her arm, and I pointed her go back to the bed” (page 17, Iines 4-10, deposition transcript).
Silvia Delavega testified that a guard was posted outside of Lisa’s room (page 24, lines 8-11, deposition transcript and page 39, lines 12-20, deposition transcript).

Ms. Delavega was asked by SA Strope “Anybody ever say, maybe we should take her (Lisa) to a hospital?” Delavega replied “No, nobody told us, talk about that” (page 46, lines 19-21, deposition transcript.

Ms. Delavega testified that during the watch, she did not have the power to take Lisa to a hospital for medical care. The decision to move Lisa had to be made at a higher level (page 48, lines 13- 25, deposition transcript).
