Ms. Stracener was asked, “Okay, would he (Alain Kartuzinski) be the ultimate boss on Lisa’s cycling? Would he make the decisions on Lisa’s cycle?” Ms. Stracener replied “I think, yes” (page 41, lines 14-16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener was asked, “When you summoned some help and Dr. Janis Johnson came there, was it your belief that this was the medical doctor coming there to take care of Lisa?” Ms. Stracener replied, “At that time, yeah” (page 43, lines 6-9, deposition transcript)..

On April 2, 1997, Sylvia Delavega testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena. .

Ms. Delavega testified, “Let’s see, before I go in the cabana I had to see the... Alain Kartuzinski to receive some instructions how I’m going to do” (page 8, lines 21-23 and page 9, lines 1-15, deposition transcript).

Ms Delavega testified that she witnessed Janis Johnson give Lisa an injection (page 28, lines 12- 25 and page 29, lines 1-22, deposition transcript).

Ms. Delavega testified that she gave a report to Janis Johnson regarding Lisa’s watch (page 31,
lines 14-15, deposition transcript).

Ms. Delavega testified that Alain Kartuzinski has the power to send Lisa to a hospital (page 48, lines 1-25, deposition transcript)

On April 30, 1997, Paul Kellerhals testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Mr. Kellerhals testified that reports regarding Lisa were directed to Alain Kartuzinski (page 27, lines 15-25 and page 28, lines 1-4, deposition transcript). .

On April 24, 1997, Emm Schamerhom testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Schamerhorn testified that Alain Kartuzinski drove Lisa from Morton Plant Hospital to the Ft. Hanison (page 14, lines 1-11, deposition transcript). .
