QUESTIONS ABOUT SCIENTOLOGY



1.        How much time did you spend interviewing individuals
on the rehabilitation project force (RPF)?

2.        Did you examine the upper level auditing materials?
Specifically, Power, R~-EW, Clearing Course, OT1, OT2, OT3,
OT3X, OT4, 0t 5, OT6, OT7, L-10, L-ll, L-12, NED for OT's. These
are the secret facts as to Scientology' nature. If so, did you
see the parallels to Madame Blatvinskys "secret doctrine" and
the UFO doctrines of other occult brotherhoods and societies of
the pre Scientology age?

3.        From these upper levels, did you have the monotonous
"repeater techniques" of trance inducing auditing run on you to
convince you are not one human but maybe tens of thousands of
trapped alien beings?

4.        Did you discuss with any outside psycologists or
psychiatrists the potential for producing psycosis,
schizophrenia, or self destruction from the process used to
effect these non volitional coerced beliefs?

5.        How much of a background do you have to evaluate the
"coercive persuasion" elements of Scientology? (see appendix F
in my petition).

6.        Did you personally experience the suggestability
raising trance inductions of the objective processes or several
hours of TKO?

7.        Could a group that uses coercive persuasion as its
central practice really be a religion?

8.        Have you been present and seen the gang bang security
check?

9.        Were you ever given the security checking questions?

10.       Have you specifically read L. Ron Hubbard Messiah or
Madman or Religion, Inc. Published Harray Ltd London or Bare
Faced Messiah)Penguin Books England?

11.       Before you wrote your affidavit did you read and
reasonably refute the evidence of the "Enquiry into the practice
and effects of Scientology" prepared for the house of commons
December 21, 1971 or the "Church of New Faith v. Commissioner of
Payroll Tax" judgment handed down May 5, 1982 in the Supreme
Court of Victoria Australia on Scientology not being a religion?

12.       Would you be willing to personally review affidavits
of families and individuals who have gone psycotic or attempted
suicide or committed suicide after auditing?

13.       Would you be willing to review information surrounding
the alleged use of fraud in creating a religious front?

14.       If you could see beyond a reasonable doubt that what
"form" was selectively presented to you for your affidavit was
not the genuine substance of Scientology, would you change or
revoke your affidavit?
