A new one-story medical building is set to break ground near the Summit Medical Center. J.E. Crain & Sons recently pulled permits for the construction of the 21,750-square-foot structure. The work is valued at $1.5 million. The Church of Scientology is moving ahead with its renovation of a building at 1130 Eight Ave. S.
