CANBERRA, Wed. — The West Australian agent of the Hubbard Association of Scientologists International, Mr Ian K. Tampion, has applied for the Scientology Church in W.A. to be licensed to conduct marriages. The application to the Attorney-General's Department claims that the church has about 2,000 adherents in W.A. Mr Tampion has been told that his application is being considered.
