Approximately 200 Washington homeowners who paid for a service they thought would help save their homes from foreclosure will receive partial refunds under a settlement announced yesterday by the Washington Attorney General’s Office. The homeowners each paid between $1,200.00 and $1,500.oo to Foreclosure Assistance Solutions LLC, of Clearwater, Florida.
