ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The building that housed the controversial Second Chance drug rehabilitation center is now empty. On Saturday, Second Chance officials packed up and moved out of the building, a week ahead of a city imposed deadline. Albuquerque Mayor Martin Chavez ordered the group to leave, saying Second Chance violated conditions of their lease by housing offenders who had been convicted of violent crimes and making unauthorized changes to the building.
