An attorney for the Narconon organization filed a motion to perpetuate testimony yesterday in district court in what a spokesman said was preparation for a lawsuit. The petition specifically seeks to obtain information from El Paso Times Reporter Steve Hallock concerning an article which appeared in that newspaper about Narconon.
