Xenu is Loose! The Musical! — The Herald
Type: Press
Author(s): Carmody Wilson
Source: The Herald
[...] Xenu is Loose! The Musical! follows the plight of Jen, a not-quite-convert to Scientology as she is charmed and seduced by a handsome member of the church during her initial tour. Meanwhile, Xenu has escaped from his native planet and has murder in mind. The characters at the church are good at the smooth, reassuring Scientology-speak, and Xenu is great fun as the preening, speechifying, killing machine, but there are plenty of missed opportunities here for some great satire. Scientology in clubland? — 3D World (Australia)
Type: Press
Source: 3D World (Australia)
Dear 3D, I just read on the Internet that the founder of Scientology - L. Ron Hubbard "was not only an accomplished songwriter and composer, his breakthrough work in computerized music influenced professionals around the world." (see the website http://www.lronhubbard.org/lrhhome.htm) This makes me really angry, as this is from one of Scientology's websites. I mean, WHAT A LOT OF CRAP!!!!!! I reckon http://www.xenu.net tells the real story. Cheers and too few beers, Slugfest

Actually, it's the Scientology Celebrity Center (5930 Franklin Ave.), where every Sunday night at 7:30 you can find an open-mike talent show that ain't fooling when it boasts "Everybody Is Welcome." The Scientology Story: The Making of L. Ron Hubbard // Defining the Theology — Los Angeles Times (California)
Type: Press
Author(s): Joel Sappell, Robert W. Welkos
Source: Los Angeles Times (California)
What is Scientology? Not even the vast majority of Scientologists can fully answer the question. In the Church of Scientology, there is no one book that comprehensively sets forth the religion's beliefs in the fashion of, say, the Bible or the Koran. Rather, Scientology's theology is scattered among the voluminous writings and tape-recorded discourses of the late science fiction writer L. Ron Hubbard, who founded the religion in the early 1950s. Piece by piece, his teachings are revealed to church members ...
