Ms. Cezare testified that Lisa tried to leave the room 2 or 3 times; She also testified that Lisa never got out of the door (page 24, lines 8-21, deposition transcript).

Ms. Cezare testified that Lisa said to her “let me go out” when she tried to leave the room. She also testified that she was instructed by the security guard to not allow Lisa to leave the room (page 29, lines 10-25, page 30, lines 1-25, page 31, lines 1-25, and page 32, lines 1-22 deposition transcript).

On May 20, 1997, Alice VanGrondelle testified at a deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Ms. VanGrondelle testified that security had the key to Lisa’s room (page 8, lines 5-10, deposition transcript). She also testified that a security guard was posted outside of Lisa’s room (page 37, lines 12-22, deposition transcript).

On May 20, 1997, Leslie Woodcraft testified at a deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Ms. Woodcraft testified that a security guard was posted on a bench outside of Lisa’s room (page 8, lines 19-23, deposition transcript).

Ms. Woodcraft testified that Lisa was incapable of making decisions (page 29, lines 2-16, deposition transcript).

On May 20, 1997, Anna Pendizini testified ata deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Ms. Pendizini testified that a security guard was posted outside of Lisa’s room (page 15, lines 20- 25, deposition transcript).

On March 20, 1997, Valerie Demange testified ata deposition as a result of a SAOsubpoena.

Ms. Demange was asked if she would allow Lisa to leave her room and she replied “the way she was, I don’t think so” she reiterated “I don’t think so, I wouldn’t let her go” (page 54, lines 1-10, deposition transcript).

Ms. Demange again says that she would not let Lisa leave (page56, lines 9-18, depositiàn transcript).
Ms. Demange testified that Lisa tried to break the window and also that there was no phone in Lisa’s room (page 81, lines 12-21, deposition transcript).

On August 14, 1997, Attila Toth testified at deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.
