Mr. Ghiora testified to being taken off Lisa’s watch when Arthur Baxter advised him that security wasn’t needed anymore (page 18, lines 1-11, deposition transcript).

Mr. Ghiora was asked what his instructions from Arthur Baxter were in the case of Lisa attempting to leave the room. Asher replied “Yeah, I believe that Arthur told me if she came out of the room, I was to guide her back to the room” (page 24, lines 16-18, deposition transcript).

Asher testified that “... it was very evident that she (Lisa) was unable to care for herself, which made it necessary to have caregivers there with her (page 52, lines 5-7, deposition transcript).

On May 6, 1997, Michael Arthur Stuart Baxter testified at deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Mr. Baxter testified that he instructed the security guard, Sam Ghiora, “I said or I think I said if she... Lisa, if she comes out of the room, guide her back in, and that would be pretty much the extent of it” (page 26, lines 18-20, deposition transcript).

On May 27, 1997, Marcus Quirino testified at a deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Mr. Quirino was asked by SA Strope “Was she (Lisa) free to leave whenever she wanted to? Are people under auditing or under watch, like she was, free to just get up and leave?” Quirino replied “No” (page 102, lines 9-12, deposition transcript).

Mr. Quirino testified that Lisa had no visitors (page 102, lines 19-21, deposition transcript).
On May 7, 1997, Teresa Hayde Cezare testified at a deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.
